SLT Teams are managed by five triathlon legends, who take the initial lead as Team Managers as part of a balanced ecosystem that will utilise multiple different inputs to help guide its development, structure and rules over the coming years. Showcasing the beauty of San Francisco, triathletes embark on a 1.5 mile swim from Alcatraz Island to the San Francisco shoreline, an 18 mile hilly bike ride.
You can vote on the Team Kit, who gets to use any Short Chutes, and even who is on the team! This is fantasy triathlon, but in real life and you can get involved too. Team Z offers one of the most inclusive, social, and organized triathlon training environments in the country. This allows our fans to Buy a Membership and vote on the decisions that will impact Team Cheetahs most this season. Team Z is an adult triathlon training program in Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland for people of all experience and fitness levels.

The athlete starts with a swim, the first event. BUCS Squad: 20 place available for athletes aspiring to compete in British Triathlon Super Series races and aiming to win BUCS individual and team medals/points. The word Triathlon is derived from the Greek words ‘treis’, which means three, and ‘athlos’, which means competition. This year, we introduced the new SLT Fan Team. The sprint triathlon is a race which includes swimming, cycling and running for predefined individual distances sequentially. The teams were designed to hand power to athletes, fans and stakeholders and help shape the future of the sport. What makes Team Zoot special is the idea of family, Ohana, which is part of our DNA. All-Americans were determined based on the triathletes' finish at the Collegiate National Championships (finishers 1-7 made the first team finishers 8-14 made second team finishers 15-21 were honorable mentions), which were held on Nov. Team Zoot has since grown to become the best community in triathlon, composed of outstanding ambassador athletes who share the Zoot vision and excitement for triathlon. It has now grown to be a global premier endurance sports. Team Zoot was established in 2008 with a select group of elite age group athletes. In 1996, Zoot Hawaii moved to the mainland and expanded the product line.
However, the Scorpions were never far behind, and with the tactical mind of Chris McCormack, the backing of Bahrain Victorious, and the athletic brilliance of some of their key team members, they could certainly be one to watch this year. Nylin began sewing pads into run shorts, experimenting with swim fabrics, and attaching run singlets to bike shorts to eventually create the Zoot one and two-piece racesuits for triathletes competing in Ironman. Last year, it was SLT Team Eagles that took the overall victory, after Alex Yee finished top of the Men’s leader board and Jess Learmonth dominated in three of the women’s races. SLT Teams is back! And, as they did in 2021, are sure to bring exciting racing dynamics, tactical decisions, and and extra layer of competitiveness to this year’s Championship Series.
